Insight Eventz is a founder-led company based in Indiranagar, Lucknow. We take corporate events end to end — venue, stage and set fabrication, branding, AV, delegate management, catering, photography and the run sheet that holds the day together — and both founders are on site for the duration. For a conference or an institutional programme that means one line of accountability instead of a chain of vendors pointing at each other.

Three jobs, three disciplines
What the work actually involves
Award ceremony and exhibition

Two jobs inside one venue: an award ceremony, and the interiors for the exhibition running alongside it. A ceremony set has to be finished and lit for a fixed start time. An exhibition build has to hold up under foot traffic and still look new on the last morning. Different trades, different schedules, one site.
BMT master class
SGPGI · Lucknow
A bone marrow transplant master class — a clinical teaching programme rather than a show. A format like this lives on sightlines, clean audio and screens that read from the back row. Restraint is the brief: nothing on the stage that competes with the slide.
Mass participation event
Pinkathon · JLN Stadium, Delhi
An open-venue build with a fixed event window and a crowd moving through it. Nothing about it resembles a ballroom: the schedule is set by the event rather than by us, and everything that goes up has to come down again to the same clock.

Before you brief us
Full production. Venue, stage and set, branding, AV, delegate management, catering coordination, photography and the schedule on the day. Decor-only briefs are welcome too, and plenty of clients come to us with the venue and the agenda already fixed.
Yes, and often that is how it starts. We work to the venue rules on load-in, power and timings, and deal with their banqueting team directly so you are not relaying messages between two suppliers.
We produce stage, set and branding ourselves, and bring in AV, lighting and sound through crews we work with regularly. You brief and pay one company; we manage the rest.
For a conference or an annual meet, six to ten weeks is comfortable. That is enough to hold the venue, fabricate custom set and get artwork approved through your marketing team, which is usually the slowest part of the chain. Shorter timelines are possible; tell us the date and we will be straight with you about it.
Yes. Alongside Lucknow we have produced events in New Delhi, Noida, Mumbai and Siliguri. Travel, stay and crew movement are quoted separately and shown on the same written breakdown as everything else.
It depends on delegate numbers, venue, how much of the space is built and whether food is in scope. We quote line by line rather than as a package, so you can see what the set costs against what the AV costs and remove anything that is not earning its place.
